The “ULTRAGRADE® Chemicals” business area is the core sector of our company. This is where we produce highly pure und highly complex chemical products from certain raw and starting materials.

Our customers are well-known, globally active organisations from both the semiconductor and printed circuit board sectors and also metal processing and surface treating industries (glass, paints, films, ceramics). We are sure that our experience in these sectors will demonstrate synergies for all conceivable applications of special fluid chemicals.
